Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, customised/personalised products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
