What is makhana? Is it actually healthy?
Makhana (fox nuts / lotus seeds) is an ancient Indian snack with serious nutritional credentials — high in protein, low in fat, naturally gluten-free, and rich in antioxidants. Unlike fried snacks, our makhana is slow-roasted, never fried.
How is Florencee different from regular makhana?
We hand-pick the largest grade of fox nuts from family farms in Bihar's lotus belt, then slow-roast in small batches with no palm oil. Most makhana brands buy bulk and use cheaper oils. We don't.
What does "roasted, never fried" actually mean?
Our makhana is dry-roasted at controlled temperatures that bring out the natural crunch without absorbing oil. Fried snacks soak up 15-25% of their weight in oil. Ours: zero. Less guilt, more flavour.
Is Florencee vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free?
All our flavours are 100% vegetarian and naturally gluten-free. Our Classic and Peri Peri Oregano are also fully vegan. Protein Chocolate contains dairy (cocoa processing). Check individual product labels for full ingredient details.
What's the shelf life? How should I store it?
6 months from manufacture date, stated on each pack. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, seal tightly and consume within 2 weeks for peak crunch.
How long does delivery take? Do you ship across India?
We ship pan-India. Metro cities: 2-3 business days. Tier 2/3: 4-6 business days. Order before 12 PM for same-day dispatch. Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

What's your return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong flavour, we'll replace it free within 7 days. For taste or preference issues, we don't accept returns on opened food products — but reach out and we'll do what we can.
